The story
I want to accomplish a great deal. I’m also interested in what makes that ambition possible to live with over time. Sunlight Success Coaching is the parent brand for a body of growth and learning work that makes room for reflection, effort, change, and rest.
The idea takes shape through books, workbooks, practices, and a guided program. The Equinox Installation is the substantial seasonal method within it. I’ve been working on how those pieces could support one another, so an idea on a page can become a decision and then something a person actually practices. A private learning foundation exists; the complete public offering is still being developed.
This matters to me because I’m trying to build a life as well as a collection of projects. I want the work to make room for honest priorities and a rhythm someone can return to after an imperfect week. The program is still developing, but the question behind it feels worth spending time on: how do we keep making meaningful progress while also making room to enjoy the life we are building?
