ErinOS & AIshlee

ErinOS began with a personal need: know where I left off and choose a day I can finish. The private Notion-backed dashboard now opens on my phone.

At a glance

  • Who it helps: People whose work spans projects, decisions, and many tools
  • The problem: Important context and next steps get scattered when every tool holds a different piece of the picture.
  • My role: Systems creator, workflow designer, and AI-assistant director.
  • Bring existing Notion tasks and project notes into my private phone workspace
  • Design views for priorities, projects, and decisions
  • Shape AIshlee and supporting assistants around defined roles

A decision behind the work

The challenge
Many projects create many places to lose context.
The choice I made
Bring existing tasks and project notes into a phone workspace organized around the day’s decisions.
The evidence
My private ErinOS system; the public interface shown here uses fictional data.

The story

When you care about a lot of projects, there is always something else you could be doing. I wanted a place to see where I had left off, choose a realistic amount of work, and feel that I had accomplished something at the end of the day. That is the very personal question behind ErinOS.

It is now a private dashboard I can open from an icon on my phone. It brings in my existing tasks and project notes from Notion, where the detailed information lives. I can see current work, return to a project, and leave an update. The goal is continuity: I want to spend less energy reconstructing what I was doing before I can begin again.

Alongside it, I’m exploring AI helpers such as AIshlee and the roles they can play in my work. They still need clear instructions, boundaries, and human judgment. The useful part is whether they help me act on my ideas and keep track of what is real. This project is already helping me test that question in my own life, and everyday use will show me what deserves to improve next.

What I’m creating

A personal operating system and AI-assistant workflows. Bespoke systems for others would be scoped around their work; the public demo uses fictional data.
